A traditional and a beautiful cousine based on italian typical dishes, especially toward traditional tuscany cousine and seafood.

A style of cooking which is traditional and refined based on classic Italian dishes, in particular Tuscan and seafood cuisine. There are different dishes on the menu to choose from and, amongst the more traditional ones you'll find the classic "Fiorentina" from Pedralli's butcher shop, freshly cooked, the so-called black "tagliolini" with lobster, and many types of home-made pasta, depending on the season, or the even more classic "spaghetti allo scoglio" (prepared with a variety of shellfish). We also serve dishes like "ribollita Toscana", the traditional "carbonara" or exclusive recipes such as "spaghetti alla Carlona".

Don't forget our tasty "taglieri" – boards with a selection of Italian cured meats and cheeses, created by Nello in the restaurant's wine cellars and served with home-made jams and preserves.

In addition to the set menu, every Thursday we change the SPECIAL MENU of the WEEK and for lunch you can choose from the menu or our suggestions of the day.


The cousine and the chefs

A consolidated kitchen staff, working side by side for many years with the sole aim of giving their best. From Alberto Albani, who has looked after the kitchen for 35 years to the latest arrival, Emil who has been with us for 15 years. A large and well-organized kitchen, allowing us to cater for all types of events.
